“Reiki” (ray-key) is Japanese for ‘universal life energy, it is a form of energy healing. This tradition was founded by Dr Usui in the early 20th century. We live in a world of energy and this healing technique helps promote relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety. Reiki practitioners use their hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing.

I learned Reiki 1 & Reiki 2 in 2003, then went on to learn Reiki Masters and Reiki Teachers in 2013. I have been teaching group classes for several years now and in 2022 began to offer these classes online over Zoom for anyone wishing to learn Reiki from their home.

Each level of Reiki will be in a small group session and taught over 1 day.
